Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Chérie Lou tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
